Rehmidi

Long-time multi-genre DJ Rehmidi, began mixing at age 13, securing early residencies in Suffolk before moving into music production. He later spent 4 years DJing at sea for multiple cruise ship companies, playing to British, Jamaican and Australian crowds.

Locating to Koh Samui, Thailand in 2019, Rehmidi established DJ residencies all around the island playing Hip-Hop, Latin, Caribbean and House genres alongside some of Thailand’s top DJs.

He now currently produces, hosts and promotes The Hip-Hop Show podcast, bringing the best in Hip-Hop music from its origins through to the present day, also connecting with local rappers, producers and DJs.

Rehmidi joined the Mixdat Squad in 2023, and can now be seen DJing in multiple venues around Cambridge and beyond.
